Steve Partridge – Founder and MD
Steve has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He has a Masters degree in Project management, is a chartered builder, a chartered manager and qualified international project manager.
His corporate background includes Tarmac, Robert MacAlpine, Bovis and Birse.
His diverse project experience includes design and build, refurbishment, relocation and high specification interiors. He has worked on behalf of clients including banks, departments stores, datacentres, the UK Government, the Royal family, hospitals, transport, infrastructure, housing, sports facilities and telecoms.
Many of these projects have involved troubleshooting existing projects, leading to his specialisation in project recovery.
Kathy Boyle – Comms
Kathy is a web and data management expert. Following a career at BT and IBM, she designed and developed the Project Hub. This is the central point of communication between the design team and client, or the contractor and design team and client depending on project circumstances.
Client data is usually stored with the contractor; when there is a dispute project data can be held to ransom. Hence the simple addition of a separate client hub removes this risk and ensures that “As built” drawings of the development are preserved.
